The goodness of cheese makes them a perfect delight. To make cheese bread rolls, you need boiled potatoes, cheese cubes and spices like black pepper, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, coriander powder, garam masala, a small pinch of heeng and of course some bread slices. I usually use potato stuffing but you can try different kind of stuffing. You can add peas or vegetables to give a variation as per your choice.  Usually made using white bread slices but, you can go ahead with brown bread or whole wheat bread too. Do not forget to dip and squeeze the bread slices in water before stuffing it. You can deep fry or bake them. 

Sweet paniyaram | Sweet appam

Sweet appam | Meethe pua in appe pan Sweet Appam or sweet paniyaram also known as meethe pua (मीठे पुए ) is a tasty and quick sweet snack recipe that is prepared with whole wheat flour and jaggery. This is an easy to make recipe. Here in this recipe, I have made in an appe pan. You can fry them in oil. In south India it is known as sweet paniyaram and in North India it is known as meethe pue. Generally it is prepared on a special occasion or festival. To make sweet appam, a smooth and dropping consistency batter is prepared by mixing whole wheat flour and jaggery syrup. Fennel seed powder, desiccated coconut and green cardamom powder is added to enhance its flavor. The batter should be lump free. This batter is cooked in appe pan till it become golden brown. You can serve this hot or at room temperature.
