Appe also known as rava Appe or paniyaram is basically south Indian dish that is now very popular in all over India. It is easy to make and have all the goodness of vegetables.  To make vegetable masala appe, appes are prepared and fried with vegetables and spices. To make appe, a batter is made with rava, curd and eno and tempered with chana dal, urad dal and rai. You will need an appe or paniyaram pan.
