This is the best ever chole masala which you can easily make at home. You can easily buy this at any store but I prefer homemade chana masala because homemade masala powder is pure, fresh, free of preservative and better than store bought. You can try this, this is easy to make and have a perfect aroma and flavor. Ingredients: 2 tbsp. Anardana Powder (Pomegranate seeds) 4 tbsp. Dhania (Coriander Seeds) 2 inch Dalchini (Cinnamon Stick) 1 tsp. Laung (Clove) 2 tsp. Jeera (Cumin) 1 tsp. Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 tsp. Kali Mirch (Black pepper) 5 Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi) 1 tsp. Javitri (Mace) 4-6 Bay leaves 1 tsp. Dry ginger powder 1 tsp. Kasuri Methi Instructions: Heat a pan on a low flame. Add whole spices except ginger powder and anardana. Garam masala powder yields quite flavorful powder and an addition of even a small quantity brings good flavor in any dish. Garam masala is deeper in color, sweeter in taste and spicier. Whole spices are typically toasted, then ground down into a fine powder. Garam masala has medicinal property like boosting our immunity, promoting weight loss, aiding digestion, lowering blood sugar and lowering inflammation. The word garam means to “heat the body”. Chaat Masala

Chaat Masala Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) is a spice powder mix which is mostly used as a garnish on salads, snacks and fruits. It typically consists of amchoor powder, black salt and heeng. Street vendors usually mix their own chat masala. Today I deliver here homemade chat masala. This chaat masala consists of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, black salt, amchoor powder, black peppercorn and so many basic Indian spices. Firstly ground spices are roasted well and then grinded with other remaining spices to make a fine powder. Sprinkle this chaat masala over aloo tikki chaat, pakodas, cutlets, rolls, paneer tikka and your favorite snacks.  Ingredients: 2 tsp. Black Salt  1 tsp. Salt    2 tbsp. Coriander seeds  1 tbsp.
