Refreshing Grapes Mojito | Angoori Jaljeera
Grapes Mojito is a refreshing, fresh and healthy drink or cooler with a twist of traditional jaljeera flavor. It’s a fresh summer drink bursting with sweetness of grapes and flavors of spices like roasted cumin, black salt and dry ginger powder. It is organic, gluten-free, and has a low glycemic index.
Grapes are antioxidants and full of vitamin c. It’s a weight loss recipe also. For this you can skip sugar. It’s the perfect refreshing cocktail to sip on a warm Summer day. It’s a no soda recipe. I haven’t added any soda or aerated water. Because of indian spices like roasted cumin and black salt, it gives a taste of jaljeera so you can also called it as “Angoori Jaljeera”. It's a nice way to show kids the joy of creating a fresh, flavorful drink. This non-alcoholic drink is perfect for parties and get together.

Ingredients:
1 cup grapes, washed
2 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. roasted cumin seed powder
¼ tsp. black salt
¼ tsp. dry ginger powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions:
Wash grapes properly. Take in a blender.
Add 2 cup water and all spices black salt, roasted cumin powder, dry ginger powder, sugar and lemon juice.
Blend it.
Pour into glass and serve chilled.
You can decorate with mint leaves and lemon wedge.
Tips:
- You can use lemonade in place of lemon juice.
- You can add soda or aerated water according to your preference.
- If you are preparing this drink in another season and grapes not available in market, you can use grapes juice pack. It is easy to make with packaged grapes juice and lemonade but they are not fresh and have preservatives.
- Another variation of this mojito is a little orange juice. You can add orange juice in it.
