Cheese burst bread roll | Cheese bread roll  Cheese burst bread rolls (चीज़ी ब्रेड रोल ) are cheesy, delicious and easy to make recipe. They are prepared from a mixture of potatoes, cheese and spices. These cheese bread rolls can be prepared within minutes if you have boiled potatoes in your fridge. The goodness of cheese makes them a perfect delight. To make cheese bread rolls, you need boiled potatoes, cheese cubes and spices like black pepper, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, coriander powder, garam masala, a small pinch of heeng and of course some bread slices. I usually use potato stuffing but you can try different kind of stuffing. You can add peas or vegetables to give a variation as per your choice.  Usually made using white bread slices but, you can go ahead with brown bread or whole wheat bread too. Do not forget to dip and squeeze the bread slices in water before stuffing it. You can deep fry or bake them.
