Fruit Cream | Fruit Salad with Cream

Fruit Cream (फ्रूट क्रीम ) also known as fruit salad with cream, is a thick, creamy and rich dessert which gets a glossy texture from cream and a colourful texture from fruits. It is made by mixing healthy fruits, cream and sugar. This is a quick and easy dessert recipe without cooking, frying and baking. Fruit cream is not only quick dish but won't take much of your time and effort as well. If you have sudden guests coming over and cannot prepare something in dessert, you can make this with fruits and nuts which are available in your kitchen.

This fruit cream is made with seasonal fruits, nuts and cream. I have used banana, apple and pomegranate. In nuts I have used almond, cashews, pista and chironji. You can add fruits and nuts that you prefer. The fruits and nuts are chopped and added in cream. Then add sugar to give it sweetness. You may add some flavours like rose, kewra and vanilla. I have added cardamom powder and kesar (Saffron). Keep in your refrigerator and whenever you need, enjoy it. It tastes best when served chilled.

Now we talk about its main ingredients that is ‘Cream’. Some people use whipping cream or heavy cream to make this dessert. At first they whip the cream with sugar and then mix with fruits and nuts. But here I am not using whipped cream. I have used here ‘Amul Fresh Cream’ as I like the batter consistency of fruit cream. You can increase or reduce the ingredients as per your requirement.Serve this chilled fruit salad along with your lunch or dinner or as a dessert. So let’s start.
