5-6 fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds or 1 pomegranate (Peel and take out all seeds)
juice from ½ lemon
In a blender add pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and sugar. Squeeze lemon juice and blend.
Strain the juice with the help of strainer. Add water into juice and mix well.
Pour into glass and serve chilled.
You can decorate with mint leaves and lemon wedge.

1 tbsp. sugar1 cup water

Tips:
- You can use lemonade in place of lemon juice.
- If you are preparing this drink in another season and pomegranate is not available in market, you can use pomegranate juice pack. It is easy to make with packaged pomegranate juice and lemonade but they are not fresh and have preservatives.
- Another variation of this mojito is a little orange juice. You can add orange juice in it.
