This Homemade coffee (Cappuccino) is frothy, creamy, instant hot coffee in Indian style. This is the easy way to make café style coffee at home with beaten process. Here is no need to have any coffee machine or equipment.
A cup of coffee is not just any beverage but this is an energy booster also. At least for me, it’s rejuvenating. A perfect cup of coffee have lots of foam on top which you can make easily by beating the coffee and sugar. So it is called as beaten coffee. You have to vigorously beat the coffee and sugar with a lot of energy to get a whipped coffee-sugar mixture. Your rich, creamy and milky Coffee will be ready in minutes. You can use any Indian instant coffee powder like Nescafe or Bru.

1 or 2 tsp. water
Add 2 tsp. water and beat the coffee and sugar vigorously with the help of spoon until it is light and fluffy. Initially it would look dark brown but once we whisk it more, it starts turning into light brown.
Ingredients:
2 cup milk2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1 or 2 tsp. water
Instructions:
In a cup take coffee powder and sugar. If you like strong coffee then add 3 tsp. coffee powder for 2 cups and if you like light then you can add 1 and ½ tsp coffee. You can adjust the quantity of sugar as per your choice.Add 2 tsp. water and beat the coffee and sugar vigorously with the help of spoon until it is light and fluffy. Initially it would look dark brown but once we whisk it more, it starts turning into light brown.
You can take a break after 1 to 2 minutes and then continue if your hands start aching. It takes about 5-8 minutes of vigorous beating for the coffee to reach creamy and fluffy stage. You can use hand blender to beat this mixture. You can refrigerate this mixture for 7 days but don’t freeze.
Heat milk in a pan. Add beaten coffee mixture in a cup. Pour hot milk over it and mix with a spoon. The froth should start appearing on top.
Sprinkle some coffee powder and serve hot.
